Colts lose at home to Lumber Kings

CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts dropped a 2-1 decision to the Pembroke Lumber Kings Thursday night.

Keanu Krenn had Cornwall’s only goal in the second period after Pembroke got on the board in the first with a goal from Gavin Ewles.

The Lumber Kings’ Joe Jordan scored on a power play in the second to seal their victory.

The Colts remain in second last place in the Yzerman Division with a record of 10-29-3-4 for a total of 27 points. The Ottawa Junior Senators lead the division with 78 points.

Cornwall is on the road tonight to take on the Navan Grads at 7:30 p.m.
