CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts dropped a 3-2 decision to the Ottawa Junior Senators Thursday night.
The Colts tried to make a comeback in the third period but it wasn’t enough against the team from the nation’s capital.
Tanner Spink and JD Pogue scored for Cornwall, who remain third overall in the CCHL.
The Colts will have a break before their next contest – Thursday, Oct. 28, 2016 – when they host Nepean.
The Colts are also participating in the pumpkin carving contest at Cornwall Square on Friday (Oct. 28) at noon. It’s a fundraiser for Hospice Cornwall.
