CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts played into double overtime before defeating the Hawkesbury Hawks 3-2 Thursday night in the first round of the CCHL playoffs.
Luc Beliveau tipped in the winning goal.
Fernand-Olivier Perron and Brayden Bowen scored Cornwall’s other goals.
The Colts are on the road tonight (Friday) in Hawkesbury with game two set for 7:30 p.m. at the Robert Hartley Sports Complex.
