
CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts dropped a 6-2 decision to the visiting Hawkesbury Hawks Thursday night.
Brayden Bowen and Tyler Samodral were first on the board with goals in the first period.
But Hawkesbury came back in the second and third periods, scoring three goals in each period to defeat the Colts.
Cornwall remains second in the Yzerman Division with 44 points (20-9-1-3), four points back of the Navan Grads.
The Colts’ next action is Sunday when they visit the Nepean Raiders – a team at the bottom of the division.
