OTTAWA – A federal offender, serving a sentence for crimes involving guns, could be in the Cornwall area.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad (ROPE) put out a bulletin Monday morning for 24-year-old Nolan Pichette.
Pichette is serving a three year, seven month sentence for reckless discharge of a firearm into or at a place, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted weapon and failing to comply with an undertaking.
A warrant is out for his arrest for allegedly breaching the terms of his release.
ROPE says Pichette is known to frequent Cornwall, North Frontenac Township (north of Kingston), Napanee and Ottawa.
He is described as Indigenous, 5-feet-9 inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
