CORNWALL – A city man is facing a child pornography related charge after police allege he shared illegal pictures on social media.
Brandon Derix, 28, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with a single count of possession of child pornography.
Cornwall police allege the images meeting the definition of child pornography were shared on a social media platform in February this year.
A search warrant was executed and officers found the images on a device in the home.
Derix will make his first court appearance Nov. 2.
