COVID-19 Ontario Update: November 25, 2021

As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Public Health Ontario reported another 748** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 356 none, 19 partial, 329 full, 44 unknown), bringing the total to 614,270. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Wednesday. Of those, 598,733 are resolved (97.5 per cent) and 9,985 people have died (five more than Wednesday, one death removed due to data clean-up).

There are 257 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 137 in the ICU and 87 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,633,808 (33,932 more than Wednesday) and results are pending for 15,435.

Ontario has administered 22,845,723 vaccine doses (12,566 more than Wednesday), 11,230,866 fully vaccinated.

**Peel (48), Toronto (77), York Region (43) and Ottawa (45) account for 213 of today’s cases.
