Election results for North Dundas: Fraser is mayor

WINCHESTER – Tony Fraser has upset Deputy Mayor Gerry Boyce’s run for the top spot on North Dundas council.

Fraser, who was a township councillor, garnered 2,436 votes for mayor. He beat Boyce, who had 1,582, in unofficial results released by the municipality.

Allan Armstrong, who was also a councillor, easily beat Brad Pinch for deputy mayor. Armstrong had 3,078 votes to Pinch’s 886.

The three councillors will be Gary Annable (3,346), incumbent John Thompson (2,696) and Tyler Hoy (1,522).
