CORNWALL – Somebody is holding a winning lottery ticket sold in Cornwall for just over $120,000.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation announced Sunday that a Cornwall retailer was one of two places (the other in Pembroke) that sold the ticket in Saturday’s (July 16) Lotto 6/49 draw.
OLG didn’t disclose where the ticket was sold in the city since it’s used as a security measure when the winner validates their ticket.
The winning amount is $120,804.40.
The jackpot winning ticket for $5 million was sold in Richmond Hill, Ont.
There were also two Encore tickets for $100,000 each, sold in the Oshawa area and Ottawa.
The winning numbers were 15, 25, 26, 33, 38 and 47. The bonus number was 27. The Encore number was 0912737.
