New school principals, VPs for Morrisburg, Cornwall

CORNWALL – Some new appointments will see new principals and vice-principals in Cornwall and Morrisburg.

The Upper Canada District School Board announced Tuesday CCVS will have a new vice-principal this fall.

Jennifer MacLachlan will join CCVS, leaving a similar role at Char-Lan District High School.

At Gladstone Public School, Chad Brownlee will be the new principal, leaving his role as principal of Section 23 at the board, which provides education for students in government-approved care or treatment, custody or correctional facilities.

At Morrisburg Public School, students will welcome Sandra Sine-Szirtes as their new principal. She leaves her job as principal of the board’s system of performance excellence.

All the appointments take effect Sept. 1.
