Police searching for possible witness to missing man

CORNWALL – Cornwall police want to talk to a guy who may have bumped into Robert J. Seguin. He’s been missing since Friday.

Police say a man walking his dogs – Cooper and Stud – on Second Street West on Sunday may have seen Seguin.

Police are asking anyone who may be able to identify the possible witness to call them at 613-933-5000 ext. 2418.
