Colts blown out on the road

CARLETON PLACE – The Cornwall Colts were blown out 7-1 against the Carleton Place Canadians Friday night (Jan. 30) in the first match up of a home-and-home series.

The Canadians had three goals in the first period and four in the second with only Nash Luther scoring for Cornwall 6:33 into the second.

The Colts remain third in the Yzerman Division with 44 points – 30 points back of the first place Rockland Nationals.

Cornwall welcomes the Canadians to the Ed Lumley Arena on Thursday night (Feb. 5).
