OTTAWA – The OPP’s parole enforcement team is looking for man known to frequent the Cornwall area.
Roland Francis allegedly violated terms of his parole.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad says the 47-year-old is serving a three year sentence on charges of flight from police, dangerous driving, driving while impaired and four counts of driving while prohibited.
He is described as 5-feet-9 inches tall, 158 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right calf of a native warrior, a hand print on his chest and an eagle on his back.
He is known to be in the Cornwall area and on Cornwall Island.
