CORNWALL – A Cornwall man has 100,000 reasons to be a little happier.
Colin Samuel won the top prize of $100,000 on an Instant Hot Slot Multiplier scratch ticket recently.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says the odds of winning any prize on the $5 ticket are 1 in 3.96.
The winning ticket was bought at the MacEwen gas station on McConnell Avenue.
