Update 11:33 a.m. Monday: CPS reported Theresa Leblanc had been found safe.
CORNWALL – City police are looking to locate a senior citizen reported missing Monday.
Theresa Leblanc, 85, was last seen early this morning on Vincent Massey Drive.
“She is not dressed for these weather conditions,” a police spokesman said.
