CORNWALL – City police are trying to identify a suspected shoplifter.
The Cornwall Police Service released an security camera image of a man they say ripped off a business on Ninth Street three weeks ago.
It happened on a Friday night (Oct. 15) around 6:30 p.m.
Police did not disclose what was taken or what business had been targeted.
