SD&G OPP catch stolen SUVs bound for Quebec

SOUTH GLENGARRY – Two men from Quebec are facing charges after local OPP say they were able to stop two stolen luxury SUVs Saturday morning (Oct. 16).

SD&G OPP pulled over two late-model Lexus sport utility vehicles on Highway 401 in South Glengarry during two separate traffic stops.

Both vehicles had been reported stolen from Toronto.

A 26-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, both from Laval, Que., are facing charges of possession of stolen property, driving without a driver’s licence and failing to provide identification.
