Cornwall Colts on five game losing skid

OTTAWA – The Cornwall Colts lost a couple of games in Ottawa over the Thanksgiving weekend.

They dropped a 6-3 decision to the Renfrew Wolves on Sunday and then were hammered by the Kemptville 73’s 6-1 on Thanksgiving Monday.

As previously reported, Cornwall also lost to Ottawa 6-2 on Saturday, meaning the Colts were not able to eke out a single win during the long weekend at the Bell Sensplex.

The Colts now have five losses in a row with a record of 2-4-0-2 as they head into a home game Thursday against the Navan Grads.

The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. at the Ed Lumley Arena.
