SD&G – Library branches in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry are being shut down as the region deals with the coronavirus pandemic.
County spokesman Todd Lihou says the locations will close Monday (March 16) and “aim to reopen Monday, April 6, 2020.”
The decision was made after consulting with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.
If you have a book out, the due dates will be extended. Holds for items are being temporarily suspended.
The Cornwall Public Library is also following suit and is closed until April 6.
