Two wanted convicts could be in Eastern Ontario

TORONTO – Two convicts out on release are both wanted on Canada-wide warrants for violating terms of their release.

Police believe Aaron Joseph, 37, may be in the Kemptville area, or could possibly be in Kingston, Ottawa or Edmonton, Alta. The second con – 51-year-old Kenneth Froude – is known to frequent Kingston, London, Iroquois Falls, Timmins, the GTA and other areas of Ontario.

Joseph is serving a nearly three year sentence for robbery while Froude is serving a similar length sentence for break-and-enter and violent sexual assault.

The Ontario Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad released photos of both men today (Nov. 27).

Froude is 5-foot-11, 152 pounds with brown eyes and greying hair. Joseph is 6 feet tall, 180 pounds and bald, brown eyes, and tattoos on several areas of his right arm.
