CORNWALL – Scores of people took part in Sunday’s Cornwall Pride Parade and Festival in Lamoureux Park.

It’s believed the crowd this year supporting the LGBTQ community was between 300 and 400 people.

The parade made its way down Fifth Street and Pitt Street with Cornwall Mayor Bernadette Clement taking part.

The Cornwall Police Service also made an impression with badges on their uniforms, which said “POLICE” in the pride colours.

Lamoureux Park also had a number of vendors and children’s activities.
