SDSG – Local MP Guy Lauzon is going to make some sort of announcement Saturday concerning the 2019 federal election.
Lauzon will speak with reporters at the end of the Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry Conservative Association AGM in Bonville around 10 a.m.
The AGM is taking place at the Cornwall Township Lions Club on McPhail Road.
Lauzon, 74, has been the Conservative MP in SDSG for nearly 15 years after defeating Liberal MP Bob Kilger in 2004.
The federal election is Monday, Oct. 21, 2019.
Lauzon was nominated on Dec. 16, 2017. At that time he said he was “honoured and humbled” to seek re-election in the riding.
