
CORNWALL – A city woman is facing a number of charges, including robbery and assault, for allegedly taking a dog walker’s best friend.
City police were called Sunday (Dec. 16) after a dog walker had been attacked and threatened by a total stranger, before the perpetrator forcibly fled with Fido.
Officers were able to make an arrest the same day.
A 26-year-old Cornwall woman is charged with robbery, mischief, uttering threats, assault and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
