CORNWALL – The rotating strike by Canada Post employees has come to Cornwall.
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers, which represents 54,000 workers, said Cornwall, Belleville, Kingston and Brockville locals went on strike at 8 a.m. today.

The 24-hour rotating strikes are an attempt to revive stalled contract talks. Workers have been without a contract for nearly a year.
The union is demanding improvements to health and safety, gender equality and service expansions.
