CORNWALL – A Cornwall man, wielding a sword, was tased by city police on Sunday.
A 35-year-old man was arrested on Brookdale Avenue after he acted aggressively toward officers while carrying the weapon along the street.
Police say the accused was tased by an officer after he refused to follow orders to drop the sword.
The man, charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, was held for a bail hearing.
