LONG SAULT – A South Stormont road was closed for nearly five hours today (Tuesday) after a single vehicle crash, east of Lunenburg.
Emergency responders were on Windfall Road, between County Road 18 and Losey Road, around 9 a.m.
SD&G O.P.P. said a driver lost control of his vehicle and went in the ditch.
He was taken to hospital and is said to be suffering from serious life-threatening injuries.
The road reopened around 1:40 p.m.
