MORRISBURG – One candidate for mayor in South Dundas has withdrawn, leaving it a two-candidate race at this point.
The unofficial list of candidates Tuesday morning shows Coun. Marc St. Pierre has pulled him name from the list of nominees.
That leaves Steven Byvelds and incumbent Evonne Delegarde in the contest to lead the municipality.
Nominations are still open until Friday afternoon.
