CORNWALL – After three weeks on the picket line, the Canadian Union of Public Employees and the City of Cornwall have a tentative deals.
The union announced this morning that the agreements with four locals representing so-called inside and outside workers and employees with the Cornwall-SDG Paramedic Services and the Cornwall Public Library had been reached.
No further details have been announced.
The deals were reached in the early morning hours Friday after two days of bargaining.
The ratification votes should happened within the next few days – likely on the weekend.
