Curling gold for North Dundas

CORNWALL – The girls’ curling team from North Dundas District High School is bringing home the gold.

The team, skipped by Grace Cave, won 6-4 against Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute to take the Eastern Ontario Secondary School Athletic Association (EOSSAA) co-ed final on Wednesday (Feb. 21) at the Cornwall Curling Center.

Also on the team are second Taryn Cooper and lead Chloe Ziegler. Melissa Cooper is coach and James Cave is assistant coach.

The North Dundas team will be going to Fort Frances, Ont. next month for the OFSAA championships.

Seaway District High School took the bronze.
