Nats’ Saturday win draws small hometown crowd

CORNWALL – The Cornwall Nationals pulled out a 13-6 victory over the visiting North Shore Knights Saturday night.

There were a reported 358 fans in the stands for the game at the Ed Lumley Arena – a new record low attendance for a home game this season.

Cornwall outshot North Shore 60-36.

The Nationals next game is on the road when they visit Watertown on Friday (Feb. 23) and then host Watertown on Saturday (Feb. 24) and Sunday (Feb. 25).
