SD&G – A low pressure system making its way into Eastern Ontario will bring plenty of rain through Tuesday.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement early Monday morning, calling for 20-40 millimeters (0.78-1.5 inches) by Tuesday morning.
Just after 9 a.m., it upgraded the advisory to a rainfall warning, which means we could see 50 millimeters (1.96 inches) within a one hour time frame.
A few heavier thunderstorms could also pop up during the day, the weather agency said.
