SD&G – A wintry mix overnight Tuesday has resulted in the cancellation of all school buses across the region today (Wednesday).
All school buses across the district for English Public, English Catholic, French Public and French Catholic schools have been cancelled.
The schools remain open for those that can get to school.
A freezing rain warning was issued Monday afternoon and remained in effect until late Tuesday night.
A wintry mix of ice pellets and snow followed up by several hours of freezing rain pelted SD&G overnight.
This is the eighth time this school year the buses have been cancelled.
