CORNWALL – A quantity of synthetic drugs are among a grocery list of illegal substances seized during a drug bust Friday in the city.
Officers with the Cornwall Street Crime Unit searched a Carleton Street home Jan. 27 and found a number of drugs, including Naboline pills.
It’s a synthetic cannabis drug, which mimics THC, and is used to treat people for nausea associated with chemo and for chronic pain.
The other drugs seized were oxycodone, marijuana and hashish.
A 60-year-old Cornwall man is facing drug trafficking and possession charges.
