The Eastern Ontario Health Unit has posted beaches at Crysler Park near Morrisburg and Farran Park in Ingleside.
The latest water bacteria tests on Thursday and Friday came back with unacceptable levels of E. coli bacteria.
Swimming in the water could lead to infection or illness.
