CORNWALL – A Cornwall man has been charged after performing, what police are calling, an indecent act.
A 69-year-old man was arrested Friday night at Marina 200 after allegedly exposing himself to boaters at the facility off Water Street east of the Cornwall Civic Complex.
The accused was quickly arrested and charged with committing an indecent act.
He was released with a promise to appear in court next month.
