River Kings sign deals with three players

CORNWALL – The city’s LNAH team has come to terms with three players, including a first round pick in last weekend’s league draft.

River Kings GM Rick Lalonde announced the team has signed forwards Lou Dickenson, David Croteau and Mitchell Porowski.

The first round pick and eighth overall was 33-year-old Lou Dickenson – a 6-foot-2, 194 pound winger, who played with the Dundee Stars of the Elite Ice Hockey League in the UK.

“I look forward to helping this team improve and surprising many teams next season,” Dickenson said.

David Croteau, 32, played with Cornwall last season and Mitchell Porowski was a free agent from Bellevue, Ont. who played with Carleton University for the last three seasons.
