CORNWALL – An organization helping young adults with developmental disabilities is among the latest round of Ontario Trillium Foundation grant recipients.
Beyond 21 has a grant of $182,600 over three years to build a volunteer program to help its clients integrate with the community.
Beyond 21, which serves over 30 families, is located at the former General Vanier high school.
OTF grants are also going to North Glengarry. There is $58,500 over two months to make Island Park more accessible and $21,500 over five months to develop a heritage tour, linking various tourism assets.
The grants are among $110 million given to over 1,000 non-profit and charitable organizations across Ontario.
