
CORNWALL – A city man is facing 13 charges after a restaurant employee was pepper sprayed during an argument.
Cornwall police said the argument happened last week at an unnamed restaurant.
In addition to the employee, five customers were overcome by the pepper spray.
A 20-year-old Cornwall man turned himself into police yesterday (Wednesday) and is charged with six counts of assault with a weapon, six counts of administering a noxious substance and one count of possession of a prohibited weapon.
He was released with a promise to appear in court Jan. 5, 2016.
