LTE: How a Canadian votes

I am CANADIAN.
When I vote my vote is counted.
Do not tell me how to vote.
Do not tell me to vote against my values for strategy’s sake.
I live in a Democracy.
The party that forms the government may be the party I want or it may not.
Do not ask me to compromise my values.
Do not ask me to compromise my vote, my voice.
Do not ask me to vote for who you want to win and tell me it is strategy.
I will vote my conscience, I will have my own voice.
For I am CANADIAN.
