Burn ban lifted in South Glengarry, South Stormont

SOUTH GLENGARRY – With some much-needed rain over the weekend, South Glengarry has lifted its burning ban.

South Glengarry Fire tweeted Monday morning that the ban for all recreational and agricultural burning was listed as of today.

South Stormont Fire Chief Gilles Crepeau also lifted his fire ban shortly before 9 a.m. Monday.

At last check, South Dundas still had burning bans in place.
