CORNWALL – A single-vehicle rollover on County Road 2 near the western city limits backed up traffic during the afternoon rush.

A Ford Escape sport utility vehicle rolled in the south ditch next to the entrance to Guindon Park and Richmond Road around 3:20 p.m.

Miraculously, despite the extensive damage to the vehicle, a woman had already climbed out before emergency responders were on the scene.

The woman was seen in the front seat of a police cruiser, being given oxygen by a firefighter, before paramedics arrived shortly after.
