Traffic crash sends two to hospital

CORNWALL – A crash at the intersection of Marleau Avenue and Guy Street Tuesday afternoon sent two people to hospital.

Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to the intersection just after 2 p.m.

Two occupants in a Hyundai Santa Fe were taken to hospital as a precaution while the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox did not require medical treatment.

Traffic in the area was detoured off Marleau Avenue, between Alice and Carleton Streets while emergency crews and tow trucks cleaned up the accident scene.
