City projects to be shelved thanks to winter clean-up costs

CORNWALL, Ontario – The harsh 2014 winter continues to wreak havoc with city finances, and bean counters have been forced to shelve a handful of capital projects because there’s no money left in the budget to clean city streets and sidewalks of snow.
