CORNWALL – Police have identified the body pulled from the canal in the city’s west end over the weekend as that of a man who went missing earlier this month.
Robert Seguin’s body was recovered on Saturday morning from the canal near Haulage Road.
Seguin went missing on Oct. 3. At that time, police were concerned about his well-being because he required medical help.
Police say no foul play is suspected and the case is closed.
