Colts lose at home to Wolves

CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts lost at home to the Renfrew Wolves Thursday night (Nov. 20).

Renfrew got three goals in the first period before Colby Lauzon answered with a single goal.

Down 3-1 in the second period, Parker Fergusson scored on a power play to extend Renfrew’s lead.

Cornwall would try to come back in the third period with a couple of goals from Camden McCuaig and Luc Beliveau but it was not enough.

The final was 4-3.

Next up, the Colts play a couple of games in Carleton Place starting with the first game tonight (Nov. 21) and then a second one on Sunday afternoon.

Cornwall is third in the Yzerman Division with 23 points (11-9-1-0) – 10 points back of the Ottawa Junior Senators and 13 back of the Rockland Nationals.
