
As of 10:30 a.m. Monday, Public Health Ontario reported another 552** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 286 none, 23 partial, 212 full, 31 unknown), bringing the total to 607,725. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Sunday. Of those, 592,803 are resolved (97.5 per cent) and 9,937 people have died (three more than Sunday).
There are 138 people in hospital (~10 per cent of hospitals not reporting weekend bed census), 141 in ICU and 79 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,362,827 (21,475 more than Sunday) and results are pending for 6,576.
Ontario has administered 22,720,151 vaccine doses (7,251 more than Sunday), 11,152,122 fully vaccinated.
**Peel (51), Toronto (85), York Region (49) and Ottawa (37) account for 222 of today’s cases.
