
As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Public Health Ontario reported another 642** cases of COVID-19 (VAX: 334 none, 18 partial, 245 full, 45 unknown), bringing the total to 605,248. That’s a 0.1 per cent increase in total cases since Wednesday. Of those, 591,063 are resolved (97.7 per cent) and 9,916 people have died (five more than Wednesday; one case removed due to data clean-up).
There are 251 people in hospital (all hospitals reporting), 132 in ICU and 72 on a ventilator. The number of tests performed is 19,259,813 (29,814 more than Wednesday) and results are pending for 13,635.
Ontario has administered 22,668,228 vaccine doses (15,962 more than Wednesday), 11,117,999 fully vaccinated.
**Peel (61), Toronto (74), York Region (62) and Ottawa (39) account for 236 of today’s cases.
