Cornwall police look to identify west-end flasher

CORNWALL – City police are looking for a man accused of exposing himself to a woman after she parked her car in Cornwall’s west end.

Police say it happened Sunday (Sept. 5) afternoon last week just before 1 p.m. near Second Street West and Frontenac Street when they believe the man followed the woman and waited for her to get out of her car before flashing her.

The man is described as roughly 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with dark hair in a military-style cut and a tattoo on his left tricep and inner left forearm.

He was wearing grey sunglasses, a black Under Armour short-sleeved hoodie and black shorts.

Police believe he may be have driving a silver two-door hatchback, like a Hyundai Accent or a Ford Focus.
