CORNWALL – Cornwall RCMP have shared details on the items seized from a Sunset Boulevard semi-detached home in the city late last month.

Speaking with Cornwall Newswatch, Acting Cpl. Angelique Dignard says cocaine, more than $6,000 in Canadian cash, one vehicle and two crossbows were seized when officers searched the home, east of Pitt Street and Tollgate Road, on Tuesday, March 30.

Officers combed through a black Chrysler 200C sedan parked on the street before turning their attention to the contents of the home during last month’s raid. They later carried out the seized items in a bankers box, a large garbage bag and a clear package with a crossbow on top.

“Two Cornwall residents were arrested and charges are pending,” Dignard said.

There is an ongoing investigation with more developments expected to be released by the Mounties.
