SD&G – North Glengarry’s economic development and communications officer is moving to the upper-tier government locally.
The United Counties of SD&G announced Monday that Tara Kirkpatrick will be taking the position as manager of economic development for the county.
Her first day is March 8.
Kirkpatrick had been with North Glengarry for roughly four years and was previously a journalist with The Review in Vankleek Hill for nine years.
The county says Kirkpatrick has a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University and a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.
